Graphic PLC has been established in Crediton since 1968. We manufacture high performance printed circuit boards (PCB) in low to medium volumes for blue chip companies worldwide. The main markets are Military, Aerospace and Telecommunications.

We currently have an opportunity available for a Production Operator to work within our Soldermask deaprtment.

You will be working in a well-established prestigious facility, Resin Filling printed circuits as well as cleaning, coating, printing, developing and curing the solder mask inks, and operation of equipment to produce component reference notation as part of your duties, as well as other duties in other production areas to company, national and international standards.

Primary responsibilities:

• To work accurately with attention to detail
• Maintain throughput of product to meet delivery requirements
• Use of documentation control systems – paper and electronic
• Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective individual performance.
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
• Maintain product quality and manage quality systems

This role is working on the night shift, Monday to Thursday (6pm to 6am). Full training will be provided during the day shift, Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and Fri 8am-2pm.

Wages:

Starting at £22,588.80 your salary will increase to £31,648.24 after the successful completion of your probation period. This will include night shift allowance and compulsory overtime of 6 hours, paid at time plus one third.
