Avaliable Job Today We're currently looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about his or her work, takes pride in creating products that are high-quality and helps the rest of the team meet its deadlines. The candidate should have prior experience working in a manufacturing environment, strong communication skills and be someone who can quickly resolve any issues that arise.
A Pillow filling machine operator should be meticulous and detail-oriented to have good manual dexterity, focus, and patience, as well as the capacity to remain composed under pressure. The role requires a capacity to evaluate quality or performance; the capacity to build on one's own understanding of manufacturing operations and procedures.
Operator will be responsible for inserting correct fibre into the bale opener, filling shells with correct weights, and placing them on to the conveyor for the machinist to be sewn. Operator will also be making sure that accurate blowing speed is used to minimize over filling and prevent waste of fibre.

Salary: Up to £25,600.00 per year
