Cavaghan & Gray, part of 2 Sisters Food Group are actively seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, competent individual for the role of Factory Operative to join our team based in Carlisle.
We produce a huge range of chilled food products for some of the major retailers - it is a fast-paced environment, where things can change very quickly, and no two days are ever the same.
As a Factory Operative you will be responsible for:
- To assist in the production of meals with the preparation and assembling of ingredients.
- Carry out general cleaning duties and follow “clean as you go Policy” at all times.
- Member of Production team working closely with other members of Operations.
- Key interactions with other functions i.e. Quality Control, Hygiene, Health and Safety and any other site functions.

Working hours:
- Sunday - Thursday 21:30- 5.30, Friday 19.30- 2.30
