About The Role
- Location: Peterborough PE7 3HH
- Pay: £11.42 p/h, Overtime rate £13.13p/h
- Shifts: Days 4 on 4 off, 5:45am - 6:15pm
- Permanent Opportunity
What you’ll be doing
We are looking for AM-bitious individuals who have a passion to support and assist the delivery and maintenance of daily orders from our customers. At AM Fresh you will help us run the show, but you will be responsible for:
- Setting up machines to start a production cycle.
- Controlling and adjusting machine settings (e.g. speed / temperature).
- Keep waste to a minimum and ensue all machine problems are reported timely to the Shift Manager to maintain maximum machine efficiency.
- To ensure food safety and quality related procedures are adhered to by all operatives.
- To ensure the production line is kept clean posing no risk of food safety.
- To ensure all food safety and quality standards are met and relevant checks are completed in time.

Requirements
- Good Decision-making and Problem-solving skills
- Good all-round communication skills and understanding of English language
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Personally driven to succeed with a can-do approach.
