Do you want to join us at the heart of trust? We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our Trustpilot team. You will work together with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to build solutions that will enable your colleagues and Trustpilot to scale. As an ML Engineer, you will design, implement, and deliver internal tooling to support the deployment, maintenance, and monitoring of machine learning models. Automating and orchestrating data pipelines as well as maintaining those solutions is at the heart of this role. A typical week for you will involve a planning meeting within your team, where you discuss the current tasks at hand and align on what creates the most value towards our current goal, and daily stand-ups where you can discuss the progress of your current tasks as well as any issues you might see. You will also have regular 1-on-1s with your manager, where you will be able to work on your personal growth and development, by setting clear goals, receiving actionable feedback, and discussing possible learning resources and opportunities. What you'll be doing: Design and implement machine learning infrastructure capabilities, known in the industry as MLOps. Work with a large volume of data that supports the machine learning infrastructure. Partner with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders across the organisation to define high-impact solutions and deliver high-quality systems and data pipelines. Productionize and operate ML models and pipelines at scale. Identify opportunities and implement best practices to improve our existing systems continuously. Participate in introducing new technologies to promote innovation. Who you are: Background in developing robust, scalable data analytics systems and data-intensive applications Experience with modern cloud architectures (serverless, event-driven) in AWS & GCP Proficiency in engineering best practices (CI/CD, observability, configuration management) Proven experience with Python, and the Python data/ML ecosystem (NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikitlearn) Understanding of data and compute-intensive data pipeline systems and tools Scientific and critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to present your ideas clearly and compellingly in both verbal and written form.
