M/W Digital Designer

Location: Hybrid - Paddington, London / Remote

Reporting to: H/O Design

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are a Total Experience agency. Thinking beyond the established customer experience, we work with brands to consider the total experience – on-line, offline, and internal engagement and processes and create impactful products, services, and communications that people love.

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Designer, with a love of crafting beautiful work, a pixel obsession, and a hunger to develop their design skills and make their mark within a creative environment.

It’s an opportunity for a talented individual to hone their digital and craft skills working on an enviable portfolio of leading global clients, in areas including Automotive, FMCG, Retail and many more.

You’ll work alongside our super talented team of designers, who’s skills range from UI, visual and motion and animation. Report to our H/O Design, you’ll also collaborate with all other departments within the agency from UX, Creative, Social, Production, Account Management, Tech, and Strategy.

Responsibilities:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver up and encourage stunning digital concepts and designs of the highest standard to meet client briefs and expectations.
Produce quality work within a given timeframe and budget.
Effectively communicate your creative rationale.
Design with confidence and make decisions independently where possible.
Take ownership over your development and career, striving to learn more and hone your craft.
Share knowledge and nurture awareness and learning with colleagues.

Qualifications:

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design skills & experience
A working understanding of the possibilities and limitations of web technologies
Exposure to Adobe software, Sketch, and Figma. Experience of Invision and prototyping tools would also be a bonus!
Demonstrably driven with a desire to craft beautiful interfaces
Creative flair & excellent design skills
Interest in UX/UI for digital communications, websites, mobile apps, and e-comms
A confident communicator and natural collaborator.
Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Curious and ambitious!
