We're looking for Sabre proficient, travel industry professionals for a fabulous homebased travel support opportunity with a luxury travel organisation. If you have exceptional customer service and support skills, experience of dealing with VIP/high end clients and love going the "extra mile" to ensure the perfect trip, this could be your ideal role!

Joining our client as a Luxury Travel Support Consultant, you'll confidently offer expert guidance to assist your clients to perfect their travel plans. Working closely with the reservations team, you'll provide support to them, ensuring that all clients' requests are met and their expectations exceeded.

Role of Luxury Travel Support Consultant:

  • Working closely with the reservations team to provide support and also directly with the clients to ensure their requests are met and expectations exceeded
  • Assisting with the arrangement of all aspects of travel - flights, hotels, chauffeurs, restaurant requests etc.
  • Delivering first-class customer service at all times
  • Handling reservations and ticketing for air, hotels, rail and car hire.
  • Dealing with amendments, cancellations and schedule changes

Skills required for the role:

  • Previous travel industry/ air reservations experience - ideally gained within a TMC or luxury leisure travel background
  • Experience with VIP or UHNW clients would be an advantage
  • Recent hands-on knowledge of Sabre to include ticketing
  • A warm, confident and personable telephone manner
  • Good worldwide geography and keen attention to detail
