Just over a decade ago, we opened our mono-brand store concept within their domestic market and subsequently rolled this winning retail format to the U.S, Gulf states, and Europe and recently landed here in the UK. Our trading philosophy is about inspiring confidence and bringing accessibility to everyone so that quality diamond jewellery can be enjoyed more widely.
Job role:
As a Sales Executive, we are looking for a candidate who has a hunger to generate sales whilst building customer loyalty through an ultimate jewellery purchasing experience .
- Sell the varying collections of store-exclusive fine diamond jewellery
- As with any new venture, our trading reputation needs to be quickly established – perhaps more than ever in your career, each customer interaction needs to leave a lasting positive impression.
- Your salespersonship verve makes you stand out against the crowd.
- Focus on each customer's need, empathetically matching the customers ownership dreams with appropriate recommendations of jewellery that will wear well.
- Build and grow long-term customer relationships
- Initiate and encourage ever higher footfall, and customer loyalty .
Requirements:
- You will be confident and enjoy closing sales.
- Have an incredibly polite nature .
- Need to have a desire to learn more about our brand by applying our training.
- To settle quickly into this boutique environment
- Solid background of professional retailing experience
- Naturally, if you’ve sold diamond jewellery previously, that is admittedly an ace to have up your CV sleeve; however, we would also consider sales specialist(s) who have experience selling other luxury consumer goods.
- Be able to contribute and add value within a small team – which means being able to multi-task and take ownership for store cleanliness, visual merchandising and or sales processing for and on behalf of your colleagues ; no task is outside your keen capability.
- Store standards are for you never compromised, so you are always vigilant, ensure merchandise remains pristine and personally reflect the overall professionalism of the retail environment you represent.

£29K to £35K per annum depending on experience
