Job Description.
Luxury brand sales executive - Kids Cavern Liverpool
- Greet customer with a sincere and warm welcome and ensure they are aware you are there to help
- Ask open questions to find out customers needs
- To recommend, select and locate the correct merchandise for the customers needs
- To receive and process cash and card transactions
- Be aware of latest trends and remain fully updated on product knowledge

- Maintain a customer friendly and customer focused environment at all times.

- Guarantee a high level of customer service at all times.

- Educate and guide customers about Kids Cavern , the brands and the product we sell.

- Offer alternatives and add on sales as and when necessary
*
- Ensure store standards are complete and the store is prepared for the next trading day

THE PERSON.
! Above all you must be a sales person with the ability to sell our products & be a good salesperson - if your not please don't apply .
. Ideal candidate will presently be employed as a premium brands salesperson in kidswear or premium fashion retail .
.Retail experience is essential for this role
. Be fully computer literate , with basic computer literacy, knowledge of software including excel , word etc would be a advantage .
Be educated up to A level standard or similar .
. Up to date with current retail & fashion trends .
. Good personality & the ability to make sales .
. Preference for interview will be given to applicants who attach a cover letter stating why they will be suitable for this position .
. Team player , good timekeeping, self motivated , enthusiastic .
