Account Manager, FT Luxury & Weekend Advertising
The FT Luxury & Weekend Advertising team are looking for an Account Manager to join us in our London office. This is an opportunity to work with some incredible clients (and agencies) selling across the award-winning FT Weekend portfolio (Life & Arts, House & Home, FT Weekend Magazine) as well as the celebrated luxury lifestyle magazine HTSI, and FT.com.

Person specification:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our partners in the luxury & consumer sector in the UK across all platforms. We are looking for someone who is:
- Personable and professional with a proven track record in either a client facing or agency sales role.
- Genuinely interested in the luxury market.
- Hungry to develop existing relationships and create new contacts so as to drive new and incremental revenue.
- An excellent communicator with gravitas, influencing skills and the ability to operate at the highest level.
- Organised and able to manage their time effectively.
- Able to excel individually and as part of a part team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To achieve and exceed challenging revenue goals.
- Take a considered but creative approach to answering briefs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in the day-to-day management of clients’ business.
- Be seen as a trusted partner and consultant for your clients’ marketing and communication needs, developing solutions from across the FT global portfolio.
- Generate and proactively win new business through an existing and new client base.
- Work closely with colleagues globally in formulating and presenting structured, research based business cases to existing and development clients.
- Be responsible for keeping up to date all necessary sales collateral, sector presentations etc.
- Support and contribute to team discussions and meetings.
- Meet and exceed agreed objectives and KPI’s.
