As our Luggage Porter (Part-time) you are the first and last person our guests see. Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression each and every time.
It's a 20 hours per week contract. (10 hours per shift).
We are looking for our Luggage Porter, who:
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to connect with others
- Will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- Will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests with delivering or storing their luggage and the delivery of packages
- Possesses a good command of English and excellent communication skills
- Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- With previous experience as a Door Person / Luggage Porter preferable
As our Luggage Porter you will receive:
- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) – this increases with service!
