An opportunity has arisen for a talented HR professional who demonstrates strong values of caring, listening, and improving, to join the Operational HR Team at NHS Grampian. The team focuses not only on the provision of professional HR advice, but also in partnering with line managers to support them with a wide variety of people & culture matters, including delivering change, supporting wellbeing and assisting people to thrive at work via the framework of organisational policies and procedures.
We are looking to strengthen our team by appointing an Assistant Human Resources Manager on a permanent basis. As an Early Adopter for NHS Grampian’s Smarter Working Programme, a range of Flexible Working options are available including home/hybrid working and flexible working hours, and applications are welcomed from full or part time applicants.
The successful candidates will act as the expert in dealing with day-to-day delivery of HR professional advice and guidance to all service areas of NHS Grampian.
Applicants will be educated to degree level, or have equivalent experience, and will be Chartered MCIPD, or willing to work towards this. In addition, applicants will have the ability to work across boundaries and with multi-disciplinary teams. Comfortable with ambiguity applicants should be able to evidence a range of generalist HR Operational experience.
