Our success is dependent on the expertise and passion of our teams. The Loss Prevention Teams are responsible for ensuring our staff and visitors are safe in addition to the security of the distribution sites and stock at all times.

We are now looking for a motivated individual to permanently join our Loss Prevention Team full time, to take responsibility for the day to day, 24/7 running of one of our sites.

As the Loss Prevention Manager, you will work closely with not only the Senior and Regional LP Managers, but with the wider Transport and Warehouse Management teams to achieve operational success and ensure that compliance is achieved on your site.

Whilst leading your team, driving morale, teamwork and coaching performance will be key to your role. Ensuring targets, both LP and business-wide objectives whilst meeting KPI’s are crucial to the role. To benefit our Loss Prevention operation across our growing Next network, you will share best practice and continuous improvement ideas with other LP Managers, colleagues and also encourage new, innovative ideas from your team.

The role can involve sensitive issues, investigations, disciplinaries, to be handled in line with business and HR standards. You will also act as the LP Duty Manager for other sites to cover colleagues, and support remote Officers by providing advice and guidance.

About you:

As a team and customer-focused manager, you will be ambitious in your approach to your role and developing those around you in order to provide the best experience of Next to all staff and to visitors. Your excellent communication skills will assist you in engaging with colleagues and visitors of all levels, whilst benefiting in handling difficult situations calmly and effectively.
