Job Title: Multi Trader
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skilled trades tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance.
- Conduct repairs and installations in residential and commercial properties.
- Assess and troubleshoot issues to determine the appropriate course of action.
- Complete work orders and maintain accurate records of all tasks performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients.
Skills:
- Proficient in multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to assess issues and determine effective solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to various trades.
