ABOUT THE ROLE.

You'll be leading by example in implementing our Operations, Sales & People strategy within your venues! You will nurture your group of General Managers and their management team to exceed your financial budgets and manage the talent pipelines. Our London Area Manager will report directly into our Head of Operations and operate 5 of our venues! Yes theres admin, of course there is but we want someone who will be shoulder to shoulder with our teams to let them learn from the best.

We house an epic bar, adrenaline pumping games like Axe Throwing, AR Darts and Crazier Golf, DJ booths, projectors for live sport and our delicious street food offering all under one action-packed roof.

XP Factory PLC acquired BOOM BATTLE BAR in December 2021 with 5 venues live (Norwich, Cardiff, Liverpool, Swindon & Lakeside). 18 months later the BOOM BATTLE BAR estate has 28 venues trading with many more set to open in 2023 as we continue to dominate the market with our best in class hospitality and unique concept. We’re looking for like-minded individuals who are the best in their game and are ready to bring the BOOM to life.
