IKEA Lakeside are looking to recruit a Goods Flow Team Manager - Nightshift Replenishment, to join our fast paced and customer driven team.
You enjoy making a difference by developing your team to be customer focused and engaged with the product. To rise to a challenge and always strive to deliver results. You have the ability to make things happen by championing flexibility, speed and simplicity, a high level of organisational skills and time management are key in this role.
Previous Leadership experience of 2+ years in a fast paced Retail/ Warehouse environment, managing 25+ people and be able to demonstrate motivating and developing your team. Full training will be provided - it is a physically demanding role and what you will need is the drive and attitude to set a good example working beside your team.
This is a 39 hour full-time, We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, we start as early as midnight and work up until 9:00am, with an occasional need to start and finish later.
Expected Starting Date: to be discussed with Hiring Manager
