Job Specification
The Job You’ll Do;
- The management of direct reports including but limited to, recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition and training and development.
- The allocation and prioritisation of resources to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Coordinating and overseeing daily operations and workflow.
- Ensuring delivery On Time and In Full (OTIF) to internal and external customers.
- Effecting changes to production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met.
- The prioritisation and close out of routine activities including but not limited to; ZIP audits, training compliance, layered audits, skill development and housekeeping audits.
- The achievement of KPI’s (including but not limited to; Driver safety standards, Transport, Delivery, Stock movement).
- Utilising SAP/MRP and systems to accurately monitor and manage stock control and material flow.
- Compiling and reporting management information for example, stock levels and customer deliveries.
About You;
- Have a professional and consistent approach to work.
- Be able to prioritise workload based on business demand.
- Have demonstrable experience of leading a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Be able to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
- Be able to follow instructions and work autonomously.
- Hold a valid counterbalance FLT license.
- Hold a level 3 qualification in leadership and management or equivalent.
