Logistics Operative
Business Need / Purpose of Role:
To support the logistics supervisor with day-to-day running of the department.m
Objectives:
· Packing valves, filters and dryers, and spares for collection.
· Packing subcontract items for delivery.
· Loading lorries ready for dispatch.
· Liaising with courier companies.
· Invoicing goods when authorisation to ship has been given.
· Keep planning boards up to date.
· Packing parts for subcontract.
· Responsible for the quality and inspection of their own work.
· Maintain good standards and support culture of the 5S plus safety in the way you work.
· Carry out work safely and in line with the Company’s health and Safety policies and procedures.
· Perform any other duty as requested by the logistics supervisor to ensure the objectives of the company, and customer are met.
Education and/or Experience:
· Highly organised.
· Proactive, can-do attitude.
· Current Electric Counterbalance Fork-lift license.
· Good numerical and literacy skills.
· Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, email, and internet.

- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)
