About the Team
The Supply Chain and Logistics team at TikTok is dedicated to supporting enterprises and various business lines, striving to enhance supply chain and logistics efficiency, achieve cost-effectiveness, and ultimately drive business success. Our core focus and capabilities encompass a wide range of services, including domestic and regional supply chain solutions, global supply chain network layout, digitisation of supply chain systems, data analysis, planning, automatic replenishment management, health inventory management, logistics operations, global warehouse network layout, cross-border supply chain delivery and operations, as well as customs and international trade compliance, among others.

Responsibilities
1. Support business partners with end to end supply chain services and provide sourcing opportunities for domestic and overseas
2. Responsible for managing domestic and international supply chain operation processes including:

• Proactively identify potential operational flaws
• Seek solutions to improve supply chain operation efficiencies
• Take efforts to reduce operational costs and improve customer satisfaction

3. Responsible for contract management
4. Develop agile operational solutions through implementing process and system optimisations
5. Support system operation in SCM, OMS, WMS, TMS and ERP. Meanwhile, support the whole life cycle of project implementation
6. Implement a robust supplier performance evaluation system to ensure high quality deliveries
7. Develop business relationships with key customers to ensure strategic alignment and continuously improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications

• Relevant experience in global logistics operations or project management
• Familiar with order to cash, procurement, demand planning, warehouse management, transportation management
• Familiar with global logistics end to end process including international transportation and warehouse management
• SQL and data analysis experience is a plus
