The Role

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you would be leading a team managing UK and international orders and inventory to ensure customers are getting a high standard of service.
Collaborating and maintaining working relationships with logistics partners to ensure KPIs are being met.
Working with third party logistic partners to ensure excellent inventory control and management of goods waste. Mitigating waste risk by working with other departments.
Lead an efficient, effective and happy team through support and clear personal and business goals.
Representing the logistics teams on projects to support new product development launches.
Stay up to date on regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues.
Flexible working between home and office available.

The Candidate

The preferred candidate is a passionate, resourceful and well-organised individual. They will have strong communication and leadership skills and have experience in logistics, warehousing, planning and transport – ideally they will have experience with 3rd party logistics providers. They have a growth mind-set with a “never give up” attitude.
