Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) 'Logistics Coordinator' to join our growing team & company servicing many of the leading schools, sports clubs and organisations across N.Ireland with personalised clothing & equipment.

Training will be given, but previous experience in a similar job would be a distinct advantage.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator. As the primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing goods, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of goods in and out of business. Your responsibilities will include receiving deliveries, coordinating allocation to relevant jobs and managing the departure of completed goods to our customers. This position requires excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, efficiency, computer literacy, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect deliveries from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Allocate received goods to relevant jobs within the business using in-house computer system
- Coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of completed goods leaving the premises.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and related documentation.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they reach their destinations in a timely manner.
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to shipments or deliveries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline logistics processes and optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in computer use
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- Prior experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30 daily (40 hours per week).
