Salary: £32.000 per annum
Contract: 18-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend
Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday-Friday (Hybrid Working - minimum 1-2 days per week in Reigate, Head Office)

Active Prospects are recruiting for a Talent Management Coordinator to join our friendly team!
Active Prospects is leading the Care Talent Collective, an alliance of seven leading care providers in Surrey which has received government funding to lead an innovative talent management programme over the next two years.
The Care Talent Collective aims to bring fresh talent into the Surrey care sector through a Fast Track Management programme and Enhanced Apprenticeship. This is a high-profile initiative with the potential to transform talent management in the care sector.
As the Talent Management Coordinator you will lead on the recruitment and on-boarding of candidates, on behalf of the Care Talent Collective.
We’re looking for someone with strong values who can demonstrate:
- A track record of leading or coordinating recruitment and on-boarding of high-quality candidates
- Ability to build excellent working relationships with colleagues at all levels of an organisation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The drive to make a success of an exciting, innovative new programme
