Marketing Logistics Specialist
Sanofi focuses on complex disease areas where there are significant unmet needs, with the goal of developing and delivering best-in-category treatments. One of Sanofi’s “best in class” treatment is DUPIXENT, a monoclonal antibody targeting Type 2 inflammatory diseases such as Atopic Dermatitis (AD), Asthma, Nasal Polyps, Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE) and other dermatologic and respiratory diseases.
Position Summary:
This individual will play a significant role in the management of DUPIXENT promotional materials, both printing and inventory control, field sales communications and coordination of marketing training initiatives for all DUPIXENT indications.
This individual will be expected to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively in a matrix organization with significant interactions with Dupixent Brand Marketing, Field Sales Operations, Finance, JRC and external agency partners.
This role will oversee various reports and systems and have the opportunity to learn additional aspects of brand marketing and execution. Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, this role will report to the Head of Marketing for COPD and will support the entire DUPIXENT RGE franchise.
Role Responsibilities:
Marketing Materials Management – HCP & Consumer
Function as the primary contact with brand marketing team and external vendors – printers, warehouse / inventory management, agencies of record (AORs), Veeva CRM – to ensure accurate materials management and access
Maintain and monitor promotional material inventory reports for DUPIXENT Franchise and communicate with brand team, AORs and external partners to ensure timely and accurate reapproval, print quantities, inventory levels and sales team access
Oversee promotional inventory and field sales ordering system for the Dupixent franchise
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing DUPIXENT Franchise promotional kits, ensuring Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review Committee (JRC) approval and availability for field sales use
Track progress of commercial materials through all phases of development and approval (JRC, printing, inventory process, CRM deployment) and effectively communicate with functional partners
Perform quality control (QC) on all promotional material prior to release
Field Communications- Digital and Print
Serve as primary contact for field sales communications across 5 sales teams and coordinate with Marketing and AOR for the execution of Dupixent field sales communications and Rep Triggered Emails including development, JRC approval, and Veeva CRM deployment
Identify all compliance related matters that need resolution

Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to help lead multiple projects and handle multiple priorities

Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced, innovative and performance driven environment and deliver along agreed timelines
Knowledge of and experience working within the Legal and Regulatory landscape pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing; including Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review Committee (JRC) process
Experience with Veeva to manage JRC process a plus
Knowledge and experience working with Budgets
Comply with all forms of legal and statutory regulation within domain of responsibility, including compliance with applicable SOPs, industry codes of practice and best practices and actively support and promote a compliance culture and safe environment throughout the organization
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum undergraduate degree
Minimum 3 years project management experience at a pharmaceutical or biotech company
Location:
United States- Cambridge, Massachusetts, must already have US work authorization.
