Tesla is looking for a Logistics Analyst to support the logistics team in the UK. Candidates for this job should have a strong eye for detail, can provide quick and strategic solutions, ability to execute large scale plans, adapt to sudden changes, manage difficult and complex challenges, and work collaboratively with excellent oral and written communication skills. We are looking for self-motivated team players interested in creating an excellent customer experience by delivering Tesla products from the 3PL to the service centers.

- Works closely with the Tesla internal & 3PL functional departments to ensure KPIs on in – and/or inbound, inventory, packaging, reporting, and/or communication are fulfilled
- Identifies and creates opportunities to improve performance standards and reduce cost. Support the Associate Manager in the continuous improvement process. And challenge the 3PL accordingly.
- Monitors KPIs and 3PL activities in assigned areas of responsibility. Create, validate, and maintain SOPs & KPIs for continuous optimization of the warehouse operations
- Support Claim handling process regarding 3PL operations and carrier deliveries
- Addresses and ensures immediate action and resolution of discrepancies and performance issues with 3PL on daily operations.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with all departments and partners that are part of the Product Distribution process.
- Be the key contact with the Distribution Planning team, challenging inventory strategy. Act as the product distribution point of contact for local Tesla business organizations. Works closely with the operation team and will involve in the day-to-day operations.
- This position is continuously evolving, and the responsibilities may change over time - this role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- 4+ years of experience in Logistics
- Knowledge of general freight forwarding terms, standards, and Incoterms
- Spoken language: English, an additional language is a plus
