Logistics Advisor - Planning Bradford, Yorkshire and the Humber, England
Job description
We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for a Planning advisor to join our Logistics support team at our Head Office, Hilmore House in Bradford.
Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager, you will be accountable for the design and delivery and on-going management of Optislot into the logistics network will enable the logistics distribution centres to run efficiently, through robust warehouse planning and forecasting.
You will work closely with stakeholders (mainly Site Managers) to make sure the warehouse plan is up to date, managing any risks and issues, escalating should there be a change to the plan, making sure they inform and apply individual site plans to their operation ensuring efficiency is maximised. In addition optimising stock and management processes through our depots to ensure a consistent methodology, linking with the Supply & Sales teams.
