Job description

Key responsibilities:

  • Processing Purchase orders and coordinating with customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • To organise and oversee the movement of bottled stock under bond from Aceo facilities to external bonds.
  • Arranging the movement of cased bottles under bond into the EU and via direct export outside of the EU.
  • Production of all certifications required to support the dispatch of products.
  • To track the stocks of cased goods at 3rd party warehouses and invoice customers as necessary.
  • To record the use of Aceo Bond Movement Guarantee for HMRC records.
  • Ensure that customer queries are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner ensuring that queries are followed up.
  • Understanding the HMRC/EMCS process for moving spirit under bond.
  • Apply best practice when obtaining prices for transport.
  • Liaise with the Finance department to understand and apply credit control procedures.
  • Identify and escalate issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
