Job description
We’re looking for a talented Resource Network Coordinator with a can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and the desire to make your own opportunities as you grow with us. Our global resource network extends to over 100 countries and 140 languages and includes translators, editors, proofreaders, copywriters, designers and digital marketing experts, with sector expertise and market knowledge. We place people at the heart of what we do, paying our talented freelancers fairly and treating them with respect. In return they work hard to deliver the results our clients are looking for.
As part of our London-based Resource Network Management team, you'll be working on a daily basis with the specialists in our network, matching talent to a wide variety of marketing localization projects and supporting resourcing, engagement and recruitment activities.
If you’re a super organised, collaborative problem-solver with a passion for marketing and localization, we’d love to hear from you.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure a consistent and quality resourcing service to our internal experts across Project Management, QA & Terminology and Digital Marketing teams.
Be the first point of contact with our freelancers on a project, answering questions and providing the initial project brief.
Raise purchase orders with accurate service and project detail.
Keep the global resource management system up-to-date and complete and store all required paperwork.
Support recruitment activities to find freelance resources for new and ongoing projects or dedicated client account teams.
Establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with all freelancers.
The salary for this role is £25K - £27K per annum, depending on experience. We operate a hybrid working model, so this role can be based remotely, with time in our central London office as needed for training, and team and company meetings. Or you can choose to work more regularly from our office.
We offer some great company benefits, including pension, season ticket loan, wellbeing allowance and remote working setup grant. If you're an avid cyclist, we provide a cycle to work scheme and our central London office has bike storage, lockers and showers.
In an environment of continuous learning and development, we motivate all Wordbankers to gain autonomy, mastery and purpose in their roles. Learning and knowledge-sharing is in our DNA, and as well as offering integrated learning time off, we organise regular activities through our working culture groups across sustainability, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing and happiness. Our volunteering team and policies support paid time off for in and out of hours volunteering activities. People are at the heart of everything we do. We want everyone in the Wordbank family to feel respected and valued and we're proud to be an Investors In People Gold company proof we practise what we preach.
