We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a part time talented Localisation Project Manager to join our Translations team! The role will be predominantly working from home, but we do also like to meet as a team in person from time to time so there is a requirement to attend the Leeds office a minimum of once per month and on an ad-hoc basis for meetings, training etc.
We're looking for someone who would be available to work a specific shift pattern of 18 hours over 3 days, Thursday, Friday & Saturday as follows:
- Thursdays: 2:30pm until 9pm
- Fridays: 2:30pm until 9pm
- Saturdays: 9:30am until 4pm
In this role you will have full responsibility for end-to-end management of your translation projects. This includes:
- Building a good relationship with your clients to ensure you fully understand their requirements both before and during the project
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards, on time and in budget
- Taking responsibility for overseeing and managing all communications, updates and interactions with your clients
- Working within Company process to ensure all projects correctly recorded
- Adhere to quality framework and best practice.
- Driving revenue growth
- Take all opportunities to build, maintain, and grow both internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Proactively identify and champion continuous improvement to drive efficiencies and profitability
- Ensure you fully understand clients’ needs and goals to enable you to proactively collaborate to deliver a quality service
- Ensure that all opportunities are taken to review projects and identify areas to improve and add preventative measures in the future.
