Administrator/Sales Order Processor
Marshalls Bakery are based in the Heart of Pewsey and we are a 4th Generation Bakery. We have a loyal retail and Wholesale Business and we are looking to recruit an all-round administrator and sales order processor.
This is a very varied role, so if you like to be kept busy and like a variety of work, then this is definitely the job for you as you will never be bored. No two days are ever the same….
Some of the duties will include:
· General Office Administration, dealing with the post, filing, shredding etc….
· Answering the telephone, taking down orders from Retail and Wholesale Customers and making sure they are logged on the production sheets for the following morning (full training will be given as we have a huge product list)
· Dealing with day to day emails that come in and actioning them
· Sending information on to the Accountants (full training will be given) These could be loading invoices and sales receipts onto our data base, sending staff wages over to our Accountants as our staff get paid weekly
· Assisting our MD with queries that come in.
· Booking our fleet of vehicles in for Service and MOT check and making sure they are taxed
As previously stated, full training will be given and being a small team help is always on hand. The about list is only a small example so other duties may crop up so being able to prioritise is essential.
You must be fully MS Office experienced, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. If you have experience of Xero this would be huge advantage.
It would be an advantage if you have experience working in a smaller organisation as you will be working alone most of the time in a separate office.
We have free Car Parking being the Bakery, a 5 minute walk from the Train Station and a 2 minute walk from the Bus Stop.
We can be flexible but working hours ideally for us would be Monday -Friday 0900 – 1630.
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
This is an immediate start for the successful Candidate. However, we can wait if you need to give notice on previous employment.
