Job description
GAP Plastics has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Order Processor to join our team at GAP Bournemouth!
The ideal candidate will have a background with fenestration & UPVC building products and experience dealing with customers across various platforms.
What will your day-to-day activities look like?
- Acting as a point of contact for customers and supporting with any issues.
- Answering incoming calls, resolving, or escalating accordingly.
- Liaising with customers and internal departments to help co-ordinate customers deliveries and in line with set deadlines.
- Producing quotations and processing orders to site.
Skills and attributes that could help you in this position:
- Knowledge of UPVC products is highly desirable.
- Good computer literacy.
- Confident communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Being able to work off your own initiative as well as part of team.
