Job description

GAP Plastics has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Order Processor to join our team at GAP Bournemouth!

The ideal candidate will have a background with fenestration & UPVC building products and experience dealing with customers across various platforms.

What will your day-to-day activities look like?

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers and supporting with any issues.
  • Answering incoming calls, resolving, or escalating accordingly.
  • Liaising with customers and internal departments to help co-ordinate customers deliveries and in line with set deadlines.
  • Producing quotations and processing orders to site.

Skills and attributes that could help you in this position:

  • Knowledge of UPVC products is highly desirable.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Confident communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Being able to work off your own initiative as well as part of team.
