Minimum requirement of BSL Level 3 or equivalent experiences.
In this vital position, you will have the power to create a lasting first impression of our revolutionary Deaf cancer support pilot, while showcasing your compassion and empathy to individuals seeking support. From handling data input to creating spreadsheets, managing mail outs, and overseeing the email inbox, you'll be the driving force behind our administrative excellence, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Additionally, you'll provide invaluable support for events and fulfil various general administrative requirements.
Your impactful contributions will include:
- Accepting referrals and accurately inputting data into our state-of-the-art CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system from multiple channels.
- Creating and maintaining client profiles on the CRM system, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date information.
- Adhering to strict safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the utmost care when handling referrals.
- Responding promptly to project-related inquiries, offering unwavering administrative support to both clients and dedicated volunteers.
- Maintaining the CRM system meticulously, guaranteeing that client and volunteer information is accurate and reliable.
- Creating and managing dynamic Excel spreadsheets, allowing for seamless data management.
- Collating essential information from the CRM system for insightful reporting and forwarding it to SORD at Manchester University.
- Skilfully handling incoming and outgoing mail, effortlessly juggling ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise.
- Assisting in organising rooms for staff meetings and community events, making every occasion memorable.
