The Opportunity
An exciting permanent role has become available to join Cambrias Operational Support Team. Cambria delivers housing maintenance and refurbishment work for Wales and West Housing and their residents. In this role you will use and develop your skills to make a real difference to our service delivery.
Do you have the following experience?
Working in a busy office/virtual environment.
Handling a high volume of telephone calls
Excellent customer service
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Dynamics).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
General office administration
Full driving license and use of your vehicle

Who are Cambria Maintenance Services?
While wholly owned by Wales & West Housing, Cambria Maintenance Services is an independent company run as a social enterprise with any profits used to further the social purpose of the Wales & West Housing Group. Being part of the Wales & West Housing Group provides security for the company and benefits for the Group as a whole.
Cambria was established in 2010 and now undertakes a wide range of housing maintenance works across North, Mid and South Wales with offices in Cardiff and Deeside.
Wales & West Housing owns and manages over 12000 properties and requires a wide range of works and services to ensure a high standard of stock is achieved, investing in excess of £12 million each year. Cambria, as part of the Group, look to meet those needs where we can.
What youll get in return
Company sick pay scheme is from day 1 but increases with service length
Annual leave is 29 days (Including bank holidays)
An additional days annual leave, per fully completed calendar year, up to a maximum of 34 days
Option to buy annual leave is also dependant on length of service.
