Job description
- Answering inbound calls and routing to appropriate team member
- Basic office duties (monitor office tools: fax machines, docusign; general voicemails, shredding, supplies, etc.)
- Assist with database management
- Performing all aspects of mortgage origination to the limits of the law: initial client in-take, loan operating system set up, documentation gathering, electronically sort and file documents, income calculating, loan structuring, credit analysis and pre-underwriting, order employment verifications, order appraisal reports, run automated underwriting engines and additional duties as needed
- Performing all aspects of pipeline management
- Provide exemplary service to borrowers and real estate agents

- Moderate to high level math skills needed to calculate various forms of income, LTV and DTI ratios
