Job Title: Admissions and Administration Officer

Salary: Ark Support Scale 5, pay point 5: £25,762 (£9,848.73 Pro Rata)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time (16 hours over 2-3 days, term time)

About the role:
The Admissions and Admin Officer will be responsible for the admissions process from the initial enquiry until the student joins the school. This process will include responsibility for ensuring the entire database is fully utilised to allow relevant records to be accurate and up to date. The aim is to secure student enrolment through communication with parents of prospective students, to ensure they receive accurate and timely information and advice regarding admission to the school.
You will work across the academy as required, providing excellent administrative and customer services to a variety of stakeholders, establishing, and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes to support the effective running of the school with a focus on operational excellence. There will be a focus on Attendance, Breakfast club and after school provisions.

Ark Byron Primary Academy is a two-form entry primary school that opened in September 2015 and currently has 420 pupils across seven-year groups from Reception to Year 6.
