Data and Claims Administrator
Duties:
- Prepare employer and participant data by compiling and sorting information, establishing entry priorities using PICs.
- Input contract participant data via compliance checked paperwork checking for eligibility and accuracy.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Ensure that appropriate security measures are taken to prevent unauthorised access to data, in accordance with GDPR.
- Problem solving – data systems and reporting processes.
- Ensure the production of reports as and when directed and assist with the compilation of statistical information as directed.
- Maintain adequate records, keeping an up-to-date filing system (electronic and manual)
- Working on awarding organisation systems – inputting and claim systems.
- To support with any other admin function when needed.
Skills Required:
- Experience of using PICs is essential.
- Knowledge of AEB ESFA guidance and funding rules.
- Experienced using ICT packages such as Excel, word etc
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
