Job description
The Live In Care Company are currently seeking self-employed, live-in carers, to support clients of all ages across the UK.
All of our clients are different and have different needs, and we're currently looking for carers specifically with experience in conditions such as acute spinal or brain injury, Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Sensory Impairment and Autism.
Every client has different needs, but in this role you could be:
- Providing companionship and support to clients, aged 18 years +
- Professional care giving, such as assistance with personal care, medication management, feeding, household duties, such as cooking, laundry and attending appointments.
- Supporting clients that attend college or university.
- Supporting clients on social trips, such as to pubs, nightclubs, cinemas, bowling and football matches.
- Assisting clients in physical activity, such as swimming or playing sports.
- Encouraging clients in their hobbies, such as playing computer games, singing and cooking.

What we look for:
- An energetic character with a "can do" attitude
- A kind and compassionate personality
- Reliability and strong communication skills
- A minimum of one years experience in a live in care role
- A minimum of two years experience with Complex Care
- A clean Enhanced DBS check completed within the last 3 years
