Job description
At ASHBOURNE HEALTHCARE, we ensure the safety and wellbeing of the elderly and vulnerable in the comfort of their homes as an alternative to residential care homes. We are seeking competent, patient and experienced live-in carers.
What we are looking for from you:
- Experienced live-in carer ‘minimum 1 year’
- Genuine, kind, patient, compassionate, caring nature.
- Reliable and committed to making a difference ‘every day’ to our clients and assisting their needs fully based on their current care plan.
- Our in-house training to be completed before first placement commences.
- To have the ability to communicate well with management, client and or family members.
Within your Live in Care role, your tasks will include:
As a live-in carer, you’ll live with a client 24 hours a day. You’ll usually spend a minimum of 7 days in a client’s home, but rotas can be several weeks depending on how you want live-in care to fit with your lifestyle. It’s all about spending quality time with your client as you provide personalised and individual one-to-one support.
- Shopping and domestic duties
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Support customers with social activities and companionship.
- General housekeeping

- PAID training course delivered at our office in Fulham Broadway commencing the 4th May.
