Northwest Mining Company, Based in Muswellbrook NSW, Australia specialises in mine support including automotive services, fabrication, labour and equipment hire. We currently have 80 technically skilled employees and are looking to expand the services we offer to our customers.
About the opportunity
Northwest Mining are currently seeking experienced Light Vehicle Mechanics to join our maintenance and service crew throughout the Hunter Valley Region in Australia.
As a skilled Mechanic you will
- Ensure high standards of safety and product excellence.
- Provide routine servicing on our customers vehicles, as well as our own vehicles and equipment
- Perform defect repair work on a variety of vehicles, including troubleshooting mechanical problems
- Accurate and timely completion of job cards and client specific paperwork, detailing repairs, servicing and defects
- Attend breakdowns and callouts in a timely manner
- Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to work health and safety standards

Skills and Experience
- NVQ level 3 Motor Mechanics or equivalent
- Current Drivers License
- Experience in a similar role

Salary: £43,152.08 – £60,768.13 per year
