Job description
We are looking for the right people to join the Sports Department team as Lifeguard/Sports Assistants working throughout the entire Complex at Iffley Road.
As a member of operational staff, you will provide full support to the Management Team and support the day-to-day operation of the Sports Complex.
You will hold a RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or be a strong swimmer willing to obtain an NPLQ.
Lifeguards work on a well-balanced 2-week shift rota which includes just 3 set days during the week and short weekend shifts every other weekend. Working hours are an average of 36.5 per week and the hourly rate is up to £11.17, depending on experience.
