Broadland Sports Club has a fantastic opportunity for someone to a join a small team as a lifeguard/receptionist. Broadland Sports Club is a family run business which prides itself on offering members a warm, welcoming friendly atmosphere along with a fantastic service.
The position is offering the right person 20-40 hours per week. A mixture of evening and weekend shifts will be required.
Duties will include:
- Create a happy environment for members and visitors.
- Dealing with any member or guest queries in a quick and effective manner.
- Take tours & Upsell Broadland Sports Club memberships to current and prospective members.
- Manage bookings using our online booking system.
- Take various bookings for the classes, gym program appointments and swimming lessons the club offers.
- Answer enquiries by email and phone.
- Ensuring the facilities are kept clean and maintained to an excellent standard throughout the building.
- Computer skills are desired for admin tasks such as bookings/ inputting member data. Full training will be given.
- Adhere to and help enforce all Health and Safety standards, company rules, regulations and policies at all times
- Report all repairs and maintenance issues
- Lifeguard the pool via CCTV and poolside when required

- NPLQ qualified
- Experience in customer service
