Duties and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to: Accountable for the direction of clinical delivery including managing, motivating, supervising, and allocating resource and time to ensure optimum clinical delivery. Line management of civilian and military healthcare staff (where applicable). Ensures maximum optimisation of staff availability and clinical delivery. Will be expected to travel to other sites as required.
Collaborates with the RNA to ensure that the appropriate professional and managerial structures exist to support delivery of service and are in line with DPHC vision and nursing agenda.
