Salary: £32,020 to £34,723 per annum

Working Pattern: Full Time (37 hours per week – Monday to Friday)
Location: Littlehampton Library, Maltravers Road, Littlehampton, BN17 5NA

As a Library Manager you will play a key role in providing excellent services to our local communities.
The Opportunity
In this role you will lead a team across Littlehampton Library to deliver our services and be a key part of these local communities. This role will require you to be involved in co-ordinating all aspects of the service, working closely with team members in the Families & Wellbeing, Digital Access, Books Reading & Culture, and Enquiries Learning and Enterprise teams.
You will be working directly with our communities so you will have excellent customer service and communication skills and be adept at finding solutions and thinking on your feet.
About You
Customer service is at the forefront of the skills you possess, you will also have experience of leading staff to deliver a high standard of services for customers. You will be able to demonstrate initiative and independence to respond effectively to queries from colleagues, customers and partners.
You will have the ability to develop and deliver services to local communities and to contribute to the delivery of wider team and service priorities.
