Library Customer Services Assistants
Salary: Grade 3 (£20,948 - £22,214 p.a. pro rata depending on experience)
Location: These roles will be based within our University Library sites.

This is an exciting opportunity to join with us in shaping the future of customer services as we continue to improve and transform our frontline services. As a Library Customer Services Assistant, you’ll be working as part of large, cross-site team providing high-quality, front-line support to University staff and students and external customers. You’ll help to ensure that our Libraries are welcoming spaces as well as answering enquiries and assisting our customers in getting the most out of our spaces and services.
We have multiple roles available; both part time and full time, working across evenings and weekends.
You will have experience of working in a customer-facing role with an ability to engage positively and pro-actively with customers. You’ll have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a great team-player and be able to use your own initiative to solve problems.
