Join us in this customer focused role based in our library at the Mouslecoomb campus. Part of your time will be spent at the busy Help Desk assisting customers to access library services using library systems and online resources; answering first level resource and IT queries; dealing with returned books. Other regular duties will include routine tasks such as circulation of stock. shelving and moving materials to maintain a safe and conducive study environment.

- Have a good working knowledge of IT.
- Have an interest in improving the student experience.
This is a permanent post, 37 hours per week, excluding meal breaks (these are unpaid). The working days include regular evening work (12-8pm) and regular weekend working for which appropriate enhancements and time off in lieu is given.
