Summary
Due to the expansion of our GLD school the Governors and Headteacher are looking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Outstanding School. The school caters for 210 learners aged 11-19 with a wide range of SEND. We invite candidates who have experience or a passion for working with learners with SEND. The successful candidate will be expected to work with the class teacher in a collaborative way, in meeting the personal, social and curriculum related needs of our SEND pupils. Will assist with the planning, delivery and evaluation of the curriculum and its differentiation amongst pupils.
We are committed to safeguarding - references and an enhanced DBS will be required.

Essential Qualifications
NVQ level 3 or above qualification (or equivalent)
Desirable Qualifications
Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy
Essential Experience
Experience of working in a relevant classroom/service environment Experience of working with children as at least TA2a or TA2b within a school environment Knowledge of classroom roles and responsibilities.
