At Fusion Independence we are proud to support Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (aged 16-18), many who have fled war-torn countries, or areas that have suffered extreme poverty or natural disasters. Our team help them seek permanency in the UK and help them to register into the education system and/or seek employment.
We now have 8 residential homes each with 5-10 bedrooms, communal areas and staff spaces. The homes are in Exeter and each one requires ongoing maintenance to maintain a good standards of living for the young people.

You will get involved with:-
- Sanding, filling, painting and decorating
- Basic electrical fittings replacement
- Basic carpentry, joinery and woodwork
- Basic plumbing
- Basic construction/building tasks
- Commercial gardening / fencing
- Basic tiling including cutting, fixing, grouting and sealing
- Various industrial cleaning including, appliance cleaning, jet washing, window cleaning and gutter clearances.
- Other sundry items required within a residential property.
Hours: 40.00 per week
