Job Role – Sales Executive
Contract Type – 6-month FTC (1st April – 30th September)
Hours – Part-time, Monday – Friday, up to 30 hours per week (further detail below)
Location – Talbot Street, Nottingham (on-site)
Hourly Rate: £11.00ph
Commission: £25.00 per booking
Study Inn are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Part-time Sales Executive to help us build up sales for our student accommodation on Talbot Street, Nottingham. Occasional travel may be required to our site on Triumph Road, Nottingham.
The hours can be flexible dependant on the candidate however must be fixed in order to schedule viewings.
The successful candidate will be, conducting viewings at our accommodation, closing deals and maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction. You may be required to attend university open days which may be at the weekends.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and enjoy face to face communication with potential customers to demonstrate our services and products.
Responsibilities
· Conduct scheduled viewings and evaluate customer needs
· To deal with all enquiries either by phone, email or face to face in a polite and courteous manner
· To ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly and to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings. Where required, proactive sales calls to be made
· Actively promote the Study Inn brand to potential customers
· Listen to customers wishes and concerns to best deliver their expectation
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
· Participate on behalf of the company by attending university open days (as and when required)
· To aim to close the deal at the end of the viewing
· Collaborate with our reservation team members to achieve better results
· Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
· Feel comfortable to put ideas forward
· To work to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the Reservations Manager
· To update the CRM and input information on customers
· To investigate and resolve queries from customers
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
· Proficiency in English
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Hands-on experience with CRM software is an advantage
· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
· Fast learner and passion for sales
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· High aptitude in delivering personal and attractive presentation to each customer
· Outgoing with an ability to build rapport with people of all backgrounds
