Job description
Are you up for a new challenge in a thriving growing property business.? You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors. Booking viewings, Tenant referencing, Organising repairs. Excellent organisational skills and communication will be required to be a successful negotiator. It’s a busy environment so you’ll need to be organised and be good at working under pressure. You must be proactive and work good as an individual but still be able to be part of a team to achieve the KPIs and earn a great bonus. Excellent Customer Service experience is essential. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Saturdays on a rota 9am - 1pm (work 1 in 4)
