Golden Eagle International is looking for an ambitious negotiator to add to the successful lettings team!
We are looking for somebody with strong customer service (hospitality background welcome) and communication skills . Serious and responsible person who is willing to be part of the team!
The ideal candidate should be someone very ambitious, willing to learn and to grow fast to Senior and management position. Experience is not required.
This will be a very busy and demanding full-time role, with an immediate start and candidates will need good customer service skills and a good command of written & spoken English.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday plus a Saturday rota but you must be willing to be flexible during peak periods. Earnings comprise a strong guaranteed salary plus there will also be a competitive commission element. Target income generation of £120-£150 k a year to company with 10-15% commission structure and attractive bonuses for targets met. Basic salary range is between £20,000 to £26,000 pa depending on experience and age. OTE £30,000 - £50,000pa. Use of company pool car. Training provided and career progression opportunity.
