Job description

Taylor Rose MW, a Top 60 Law Firm, are looking for a Lender Panel Monitoring Assistant to join the brilliant and talented Peterborough Office.

The Lender Panel Monitoring Assistant will monitor the Post Completion processes at FDR Law on behalf of Taylor Rose MW, by completing regular reports and assessing data.

This is an amazing opportunity to join the talented and dedicated Residential Property Department in Peterborough, to provide ongoing support.

This role involves but is not limited to:

Allocating mortgage offers to fee earners on LMS

Forwarding emails from lender exchange, recording urgent matter and monitoring responses

Chasing updates on LMS and lender exchange

Adding fee earners and users to Lender Exchange and LMS

Monitoring central inboxes

Organising group inbox.

Documenting common issues.

Preparing basic reports based on analysis and present to Management

General administrative duties as required

Requirements:

Conveyancing knowledge and understanding of the post completion process

Strong analytical skills

Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Confident and professional at verbal and written communication

Ability to work to deadlines

Ability to take ownership and resolve issues
